Helloooooooooo!

Oh my goodness, finally updating my dA again (I'm so sorry it's been rather dead lately). So many backlogging to get through, and I am getting through each messages/comments/faves to thank everyone for their support!

So Waicon 2013 has just passed and being my 2nd Waicon it was such a blast. The cosplay level this year was amazing and everyone should feel proud of what they've achieved. On Saturday, I did my first studio ghibli cosplay of Chihiro from Spirited Away with as my Haku. I grew up with this anime movie and finally being able to cosplay it made me a very happy person and hopefully we'll be doing a proper shoot soon to get photos up on here! Then on Sunday, I had the best FF13-2 family with myself cosplaying as Serah (dlc version), (Noel), (Lightning), (Hope), (Vanille) and (Yuel). I was especially proud of my group that we managed to get through everything despite sleepless nights and last minute panic attacks (or at least for me) with costumes.

That literally made my day and I can finally say I have a medal for cosplay. On the side-note, huge congrats to other winners like for winning Best Advance Female Cosplayer with her beautifully constructed Aigis costume, 's Magic Knight Rayearth group for taking out Sat's Advance Group Cosplay and the other FF13-2 Sat Group who won Best Performance with their very humorous skit.

We had some Melbguardians ( and ) who flew over for the con and having them as our guests even made this year's con a little more special. It was great catching up with everyone and all the funtimes staying at an extremely convenient hotel room with my group and derpy photos taken and fangirling over each others' costume. I look forward to the next up-coming con (yeah Perth has 3 cons this year zOMG) OzCon to see all the beautiful faces again ~
